David Van has now resigned from the Liberals accusing them of a complete disregard for due process, he denies all the allegations against him.
The David Van allegations have left Finance Minister Katy Gallagher off the hook over accusations she misled the Parliament when she claimed in 2021 she had no prior knowledge of Brittany Higgins’s rape allegation.
