BREAKING: NSW Health Minister Quits
NSW Health Minister and MP for North Sydney, Jillian Skinner has resigned forcing a by-election in the North Sydney seat. Skinner was facing the prospect of being dumped as Health Minister suggesting that things are not quit as rosy as it woul seem with Gladys Berejiklian appointment as Premier.
Berejiklian is from the hard left faction of the Liberal party and her appointment is sure to cause further division within the fractured Liberal party.
Ms Skinner announced her decision at a press conference at 10:30am today, it is not known who will replace her as Health Minister at this stage.
