The African Crime Wave Deniers
The full horror and trauma of Victoria’s African youth gang crime wave this past month has been on full display. It has become such as crisis that now even the politically correct Victorian Government has conceded that they are dealing with African street gangs and Melbourne’s left wing newspaper the Age has covered all of the recent crimes in full including the descriptions of the alleged perpetrators as being of African appearance.
However still the far-left continue to be in denial that part of their cultural enrichment program is now falling apart and they continue to deflect attention away from the constant crimes that are being committed. These deniers are made up of politicians, members of the legal frantic, journalists, other media personalities and of course your typical inner city types.
Their denials become more prominent after Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton slammed the Victorian Government’s response to the increase of crime committed by African youths and said among other things “The reality is, people are scared to go out to restaurants of a night-time because they’re followed home by these gangs”.
This lead to smug inner city lefties in Melbourne who live far away from the trouble areas to post pictures of themselves out to dinner in Melbourne to mock Dutton’s comments that everyone was too scared to go out to dinner.
Labor’s Shadow Infrastructure Minister Anthony Albanese who is from Sydney denied there was a crime wave based on his own anecdotal experience “I was in Melbourne last night. I didn’t notice any reluctance of people on the streets of Melbourne to go out”.
Acting Victorian Premier Tim Pallas rather than express sympathy with the victims of recent crimes instead claimed Peter Dutton had hurt the feelings of the people in the suburbs affected “I think the people of Werribee and the people of Wyndham deserve an apology from Mr Dutton. He’s gone too far just to make a political point”. I’m sure Peter Dutton’s comments are what the people in Werribee and Wyndham are really worried about.
Probably the most disturbing denial came from Victorian Supreme Court Justice Lex Lasry on Twitter.
Breaking: there are citizens out to dinner in Mansfield tonight and they’re not worried.

Many have highlighted that Lasry’s comments risks jeopardizing the impartiality of the court and some have suggested he be excused from hearing cases to do with African youth crime in the future. Certainly those remarks don’t fill the Victorian people with confidence that the judicial system of the state is going to hand out tough sentences to these offenders.
Race Discrimination Commissioner Tim Soutphommasane also claimed the concern about African crime in the community was unfounded “It is concerning that African communities are being blamed for a supposed gang crisis. Crime statistics in Victoria don’t appear to support this assessment. Youth crime within certain communities is also complex. A lot of it reflects social and economic disadvantage”. Given that Tim is earning approximately $350,000 a year at the Human Rights Commission he can probably afford to live in a suburb which is free from such crimes.
Former ABC Lateline presenter Emma Alberici who through her social media postings has shed any perception she is an objective journalist claimed that would we should really still be concerned about is the issue of family violence in Victoria.
Victoria recorded 90,000 family violence offences in 2017. Family violence accounts for 17.5% of all crime in the state. One woman a week in Australia dies at the hands of a current or former intimate partner. What crime is “out of control”? Family violence is “out of control”

Her ABC colleague Louise Milligan who describes herself as an investigative reporter has claimed she has never met a person in Melbourne concerned about African youth gangs.
I have never heard a single person say they were afraid to go out to a restaurant in Melbourne. Never met anyone worried about “African” gangs. In fact, before the paper decided it was a yarn, never heard anyone mention “African” gangs in conversation. Not once.

The dumbest contribution to the debate of course has to go to left-wing troll and professional victim Yassmin Abdel-Migied.
All these aussies outraged about ‘gangs’, acting like they’re not descendant of actual convicts lol. pic.twitter.com/rFqNACCUmt

By her logic crime in Australia should not be illegal because some of the earlier European settlers were brought here as convicts. So African gang crime is excused because some of the ancestors of white Australians committed crimes?
The ABC and the Guardian have also been putting out articles talking about stigmatization of the African community however they are yet to find a single instance of an African being racially abused on the street or any vigilante white street gangs assaulting people of African appearance following the recent crimes committed. The ABC have also given endless airtime on their ABC TV Show the Drum to African Australians willing to condemn the federal government for focusing on the issue of African gang violence.
It is staggering how anyone, particularly those in Victoria can be unconcerned about this sudden increase in African youth gang crime. May I suggest they (particularity the so called journalists) speak to some of the victims in Melbourne’s western suburbs and see how their lives are becoming a misery thanks to fear they may be attacked on the street or at home.
These are all real crimes that are being reported, the media is not making anything up. Of course one wonders if any of these deniers views would change if they became victims themselves? But they are all cocooned in the inner suburbs living a privileged life. Let us hope that now the Victorian authorities have vowed to get tough they don’t succumb as they always do to these leftist utopian policy proposals and claims that this whole crisis is only motivated by racial hatred.
