Sofya Skya – a Hollywood Actress, Ballerina, Acting Coach at RAS Acting Studio.
After graduating from the Vaganova Academy of the Russian Ballet, Sofya moved to Los Angeles, where she studied acting with the best Hollywood teachers at the studio of Joann Baron, Lisa Melilo and Larry Moss.
Her vocal skills were developed by the legendary vocal coach Vida Simon. Sofya Skya played the main role in the adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe’s novel, “The Tomb”.
Sofya is well known for her supporting role in “The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler” by John Kent Harrison. She also worked with such actors as Wes Bantley, Eric Roberts, Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa, Christian Slater and others.
Sofya Skya recently founded the production studio RAS STUDIO in Moscow, forming the basis from which she will open the RAS Acting innovative acting school later this October.
The actress is developing a new direction for the Russian film industry – Acting Coach, where she performs her own program based on her professional experience in Hollywood.
