With Victoria’s deadly second wave of the coronavirus traced to breaches in the state’s Hotel Quarantine Program, there have been calls for those responsible for the program to be prosecuted under Victoria’s Industrial Manslaughter laws. On the start of week edition of WilmsFront my guest Ken Phillips Director of Self-Employed Australia has been leading the push for a WorkSafe Victoria prosecution.
Ken believes that for there to be one law for all, government be held to account and stop mistakes being made again prosecutions need to take place. Ken holds up hope that our Justice system and media capable of pursuing the layers of corruption that pervade the Andrews Government.
