Matty’s sick so to protect us in the studio from his illness he calls into the show with his just as ill internet. Matty interrupted Tim and Dave watching the Israel Folau interview on Sky News so instead of discussing that Tim and Matty spend the whole first segment trading insults.
The second segment is better discussing real news with the Project Veritas expose on Google using secret recordings that revealed they plan to manipulate algorithms and search results to prevent Trump being re-elected in 2020. It has confirmed what many of us suspected of the tech giant that they are quietly trying to sideline right thinking content.
Once Matty leaves Steele Archer joins and we properly discuss the latest in the Israel Folau saga. There is a lot of cultural issues that it has become intertwined with: freedom of religion, free speech, freedom of association, corporate power, deplaforming and the nature of modern employment.
Other news has been the climate emergency declared by the City of Sydney in the latest act of desperation by climate change activists. CFMEU Victorian Secretary John Sekta was fined $1000 and ordered to attend behavior sessions after sending harassing text messages to his wife. The sickening drag queen storytime phenomena took an even more disturbing turn with one revealed to be a convicted child molester.
