The Dismissal of Anti-White Racism
Australian Matildas Captain and Chelsea FA Women’s Super League striker Sam Kerr faced court in London charged with “racially aggravated harassment” of a police officer during a dispute over a taxi fare in London back in January 2023. This set off a global media frenzy and much shock that the Australian women’s soccer golden girl could be charged with such a crime.
Sam Kerr has brown skin and is of Anglo-Indian ancestry, so speculation ran wild about the race of the police officer she allegedly racially harassed. London is a city where the white majority is rapidly shrinking and stands at 53.8% according to the UK Office of National Statistics so the Metropolitan Police in the name of “diversity” and affirmative action go out of their way to hire non-white police officers. It was doubtful she would be charged with racially aggravated harassment of an Indian police officer, which leaves either Black, Asian or Arab police officers.
Then the news broke that it was a white police officer Sam Kerr was accused of racially aggravated harassment by allegedly calling him a “stupid white bastard”. All the talk of her losing sponsorship, and facing disciplinary action either from the Matildas or Chelsea FC then evaporated. The reaction from the social media left was one of bemusement and even celebration that this was the accusation against Kerr. This is because they don’t believe people of colour can be racist against whites and that laws against racial harassment weren’t designed to protect whites.
Contrary to what racism “experts” are now claiming anti-white racism is real, it is not something to mock or dismiss. We see anti-white racism every day all around the world, it is spouted by global leaders and influencers. Anti-white racism can have deadly consequences as we are seeing in South Africa with the white genocide against white farmers.
This may be the first time in the UK a person has been charged accused of anti-white racism. Countless native white Brits have been charged with racism offences against non-whites as the UK has no constitutional protection for free speech like the United States which would prohibit such laws from being enacted.
The Met Police were called on 30 January 2023 because Sam Kerr had vomited in a taxi it appears after drinking too much while celebrating her hattrick win against Liverpool and was taking issue with her being charged extra for the cleaning needed for the taxi because of her vomiting. This is when she is accused of calling the police officer a “stupid white bastard”.
This is hardly behaviour that is befitting of Australian sports capitan. Certainly, if a male sports star had drunkenly vomited in a taxi and then the police had to be called they would face intense criticism, and it wouldn’t take a year until they faced court for the media and public to find out. Football Australia CEO James Johnson and Matildas coach Tony Gustavsson said they only found out through Kerr’s court appearance.
Jumping to Sam Kerr’s defence today were the NSW Premier Chris Minns and the WA Premier Roger Cook who stated that if somebody called them a “stupid white bastard” they would not consider it racism. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said of Kerr when she was the Australian flag bearer for King Charles III’s Coronation “My contact with her was exemplary. She did Australia proud at that time and I think that my contact with her has been nothing but delightful.”
Is Sam Kerr an anti-white racist? Probably not given she is engaged to a white woman Kristie Mewis, her Matilda and Chelsea teammates are predominantly white and her coaches are white. But if she’d racially abused a member of another race she’d be labeled a racist no matter what. Certainly, if it were a white player (particularly a white male player) who’d abused a Met Police officer of colour their career would be over, and sponsors would run a mile.
Some might argue that Kerr given she allegedly blurted out this anti-white slur when she was drunk might deep down harbour some anti-white sentiment. Others are arguing she’s a hypocrite given she took a knee for Black Lives Matter in 2020 and took part in an anti-racism video.
Independent Victorian Senator Lidia Thorpe posted on X that all statues of Captain James Cook should be replaced with Sam Kerr, presumably because she approved of Kerr’s alleged anti-white slur.

In April last year, Lidia Thorpe outside a Melbourne strip club was caught on camera racially abusing a white man calling him a ‘white little cunt’ along with claims he has a ‘small penis’ and that he was now ‘marked’. Thorpe was not charged with racial vilification or offensive behaviour.
Yet last year a man was charged with using a carriage service to offend Lidia Thorpe because of a sign in the background of a video put out by the Warriors of the Convict Resistance video on Australia Day 2022 which read: Lidia Thorpe Abo Whore.
Sam Kerr’s lawyers will attempt to get the charges thrown out next month arguing an abuse of process by the Met Police given it took them 13 months to charge her. If this fails Kerr will face a 4-day criminal trial in February 2025. Justice is slow in the UK.
