Suspected Bombs Sent To George Soros Clinton, Obama, And CNN Office

Pipe bombs were sent to President Donald Trump’s prominent critics, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former President Barack Obama and his top aides, liberal financier George Soros and the offices of CNN.

Authorities revealed on Wednesday that these bombs are allegedly linked to the plot against some of the leading names in Democratic politics.

Bombs sent to former President Obama, Mrs. Clinton and Rep. Maxine Waters have been intercepted while the bomb sent to former CIA Director John Brennan, now a CNN contributor and to billionaire liberal donor George Soros went through.

Soros’ mailbox was discovered to have contained what law enforcement authorities have described as an “explosive device”.

The package was discovered by an employee of Soros who resides in Katonah, New York. Soros was not home at the time of the discovery.

Police authorities arrived at Soros’ home at around 3:45pm. According to reports, the package was harmlessly detonated by a bomb squad at a nearby wooded area.

The FBI’s office in New York issued a statement via Twitter that it will be conducting an investigation into the matter. For the moment, the FBI believes there is no threat to public safety.

Soros is probably the most recognized proponent and advocate of globalism. He is acknowledged as a leading contributor and donor to various liberal, left-wing groups. He has become one of the most vilified figures among right-wing groups in Eastern Europe particularly in his native country of Hungary.

The nationalist media of Hungary has gone after Soros; exposing his activities that support globalist causes.

A statement from the Hungarian government read as follows:

“The matter falls under the jurisdiction of US authorities. After all, the incident occurred there.”

It was a short and curt statement which may have deeper meaning. Hungary’s Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, has made his opinions on Soros known several times in mainstream media.

Orban believes Soros has funded attempts to overthrow his government. The Prime Minister instituted the “Stop Soros” laws which required groups working with migrants to first get clearance from the Foreign Ministry before operating in Hungary.

Activists and nationalist leaders have posted the addresses of homes owned by Soros in various social media platforms.

For his part, Soros has declared that most of his immense wealth will go to his Open Society which continues to fund his globalist agenda.

Another pipe bomb intended for former Obama administration Attorney General, Eric H. Holder Jr. was found at the office of Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

During a pre-planned news conference in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, President Donald Trump issued the following statement regarding the bomb threats:

“We have to unify we have to come together and send a very clear strong unmistakable message that acts or threats of political violence, of any kind, have no place in the United States of America.”

“This egregious conduct is abhorrent to everything we hold dear as Americans… we’re extremely angry, upset and unhappy about what we witnessed this morning, and we’ll get to the bottom of it”

“The safety of the American people is my highest and absolute priority. As we speak the packages are being inspected by top explosive efforts and a major federal investigation is now underway.”

The Secret Service stated that it had already “initiated a full scope criminal investigation that will leverage all available federal, state, and local resources to determine the source of the packages and identify those responsible.”

FBI officials are reportedly coordinating with local law enforcement to follow any leads in each case.  Federal officials have refused to give a statement regarding the possible motives but warned that there may be more packages that are still undiscovered.

Mrs. Clinton called for the country to come together. “It is a troubling time. It is a time of deep divisions,” she said. “We have to do everything we can to bring our country together”.
