Proud Boy Joe Biggs has been sentenced to 17 years in federal prison for pushing over a fence outside the US Capitol on January 6 2021. Federal Prosecutors wanted Biggs jailed for over 30 years after he was found guilty of seditious conspiracy. Biggs pleaded with U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly for mercy that he wanted to take his daughter on her first day at school and promised to retire from political activism.

Biggs’ co-defendant another Proud Boy Zachary Rehl was sentenced to 15 years in Federal prison for simply entering the Capitol. Seattle Proud Boy chapter President Ethan Nordean has been sentenced to 18 years. Dominic Pezzola was sentenced to 10 years for smashing a window at the Capitol. Proud Boy leader Enrique Tarrio who wasn’t even at the Capitol on January 6 is due to be sentenced on Tuesday for seditious conspiracy.

The Biden Justice Department perscued and prosecuted these Proud Boys with the most extreme charges they could come up with for a brief occupation of US Capitol because they are Trump supporters.

But Dylan Shakespeare Robinson who burnt down the Minneapolis Third Precinct police headquarters in the Antifa Black Lives Matter riots in 2020 was only sentenced to four years jail. Antifa and Black Lives Matter can burn down cities, assault journalists like Andy Ngo and occupy federal buildings yet are promoted by the mainstream media barely touched by the justice system.

Yet the Proud Boys are labelled terrorists and hit with charges that were used to prosecute civil war soldiers. Though mysterious Oath Keeper Ray Epps who incited the crowd to enter the Capitol is still a free man and gets sympathy from the mainstream media.
