40-year-old man Sues parents $29,000 porn collection, awarded lifetime Pornhub Subscription
After the man had a divorce with his wife in 2016, he didn’t know it at the time, but this was the catalyst event for the demise of his $87,000 pornography and toys collection.
Fox 17 reported that the man from Michigan moved back into his parent’s house for a couple of months. As the story goes, at the time his parents didn’t state their objections to the 14 boxes, which were full of adult toys, magazines, and movies. Instead, when the man returned from his new place of residence to pick up his belongings, it was revealed that his parents had thrown out his belongings without his consent.
The man from Michigan is suing his parents for $29,000 and claiming total damages of $87,000. Most of the damages come in the form of vintage porn and sex toys he collected over several decades, a local Fox affiliate reported. The Associated Press reported that two of the titles lost in the trash were “Frisky Business” and “Big Bad Grannys,”.
Fox 17 report said that the parents told their son in an legal email:
“We counted twelve moving boxes full of pornography plus two boxes of sex toys, as you call them. We began that day the process of destroying them and it took quite a while to do so… I would have done the same if I had found a kilo of crack cocaine. Someday, I hope you will understand.”
The 40-year-old man replied in a legal email:
“If you had a problem with my belongings, you should have stated that at the time and I would have gone elsewhere. Instead, you choose to keep quiet and behave vindictively.”
Pornhub has offered the man a lifetime subscription to its premium service if he drops the suit.
