Pray for Guatemala: Volcano Eruption 1.7 Million Affected and Several Dead
We’re so sorry to hear about the horrors Guatemala is going through. A volcano just a few miles from Guatemala City called “Volcan de Fuego” or “Fire Volcano” has erupted spewing lava, black smoke, and rocks.
The official estimates at the moment are of 25 casualties, including children, as well as 1.7 million people affected by the eruption. This is the biggest eruption in the country since the 70’s. This is a grave situation the small Latin country is in, and we hope the damage can be contained as much as possible.
