Gay Socialists FAFO at Belfield Church
Socialist Alternative front group Community Action for Rainbow Rights (CARR) FAFO how well their extreme LGBT agenda is received outside of their inner Sydney socialist bubble. 15 CARR members came to protest a speech by One Nation’s Mark Latham at St Michael’s Catholic Church in the western suburb of Belfield about parental rights in education and against gender fluidity being taught in schools.
CARR advertised their protest with the slogans “Oppose transphobia,” and “protest Mark Latham”. Last Saturday CARR disrupted a Christian protest outside Channel 10 over its airing of Rueben Kaye’s blasphemous joke about Jesus on the Project on February 28. This could be seen as retribution for a group of Lebanese Maronite Catholic men visiting the Inner suburb of Newtown where many gay venues are on Friday March 3 reciting the Lord’s Prayer. This visit to Newtown by these Christian men could also be seen as their response to the WorldPride degenerate propaganda plastered all around Sydney in February.
So when word go out that these socialist gays had decided to bus themselves into their Christian community to protest outside one of their churches 500 Christians turned up to counter-protest chanting ‘leave our kids alone. Many of the men present were members of the Christian Lives Matter Facebook community which is also predominantly made up of Lebanese Maronite Catholics.
Things turned violent after some gay socialists allegedly smashed a crucifix which led to one of them being punched in the head. Live Vlogger Chris De Bruyne known as Chriscoveries was thrown to the ground in the violence with thousands of dollars worth of his equipment damaged. The Christians present later apologized to him on behalf of others and bought him a new phone.
The NSW Public Order and Riot Squad and Operational Support Group were called to disburse the large crowd. NSW Police told Mark Latham to cancel the event but he refused and delivered his speech as planned.
Three men were arrested and charged in the aftermath. The violence was condemned by the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney and by Premier Dominic Perrottet and Opposition Leader Chris Minns both of whom are Catholic.
Members of CARR told the media they feared for their lives. I don’t think they’ll be venturing out there again. It must mess with these white socialists’ minds who believe racial and cultural diversity is a strength but many of these non-European communities do not support their promotion of widespread homosexuality and transgenderism.
In the days following the Belfield violence, mainstream media outlets have labelled Christian Lives Matter a far-right wing group with online leftist drips labelling them Christofascist thugs. Christian Lives Matter has been active online since the Marriage Law Postal Survey vote in 2017 where 10 Western Sydney federal electorates overwhelmingly voted no to same-sex marriage.
How will this event affect the outcome of the NSW state election campaign which is in its final week? The firing of Israel Folau by Rugby Australia in the final week of the 2019 federal election tipped the outcome in favour of the conservative right. Could history repeat itself with the rainbow radicals again trampling on religious liberty?
