Another key Labor supporter CFMEU Victorian Secretary John Setka was arrested at his family home on Boxing Day last year, with the case being handled Victoria Police’s Westgate Family Violence Investigation Unit. Setka in a statement blamed his arrest on his union activism saying that his family “suffered immensely from the ongoing political and ideological attacks on myself as a union leader”.

Going further left Victorian Socialists candidate and Yarra City Councillor Stephen Jolly has been accused of decades of sexual harassment and sending dick pics. One local Antifa activist David Hollis has spent time in prison for killing a women when he went on a stabbing spree.
