Therefore he has shown himself to be entirely lacking any integrity. What was the enticement for him to cross the floor to support tax cuts for big businesses that are making billions of dollars a year. Middle income earners pay 33% tax, company tax is only 30% and the Government wants to reduce Company tax liability to 25%. What a joke. Mal looking after his mates. As well as wanting to reduce Company tax rates he wants to make sure the rest of us don’t get a break. From the 01.07.2018 you will need to pay the goods and services tax of 10% on any purchase you make online under $1000. Purchases under this amount used to be exempt from the tax. That is why Amazon in America will no longer ship to Australia from 01.07.2018. We are one of the most heavily taxed countries in the world. Thanks Mal…for nothing.
