Show Description
On today’s show we go beyond Australian politics looking at news in the US and Europe as well as reflecting on the anniversary of 9/11 with Senior Editor of the Unshackled Damien Ferri.

Federal parliament returned this week with Scott Morrison still unable to explain why he’s Prime Minister and why Malcolm Turnbull needed to be replaced. In another major speech he said he wanted to Australians to love each other but there is still no policy changes other than the NEG being dead which ironically both Morrison and his Deputy Josh Frydenberg designed and were part of Turnbull’s inner circle.

The mainstream media in the United States again think they have President Donald Trump on the ropes again after the New York Times published an anonymous op-ed from an alleged Trump Administration official calling themselves part of the resistance inside the White House. Watergate journalist Bob Woodward is also releasing a book on the Trump Administration which alleges that senior aides and officials manipulate a stupid President to keep the government functioning.

Today’s show was recorded on September 11 which is the anniversary of the 2001 US Islamic terror attacks which launched the war on terror. But 17 years on we are not any safer from terrorism and Islam’s influence in the west has increased. It was also the anniversary of the 1973 coup in Chile which saw Augusto Pinochet rise to power overthrowing socialist President Salvador Allande. We debunk the fake history about this event and how Pinochet actually saved Chile from economic ruin, made the country the richest in Latin America and returned the country to democracy.

Also Sweden the world’s biggest multicultural failure saw its current centre-left government not obtaining a majority and the nationalist Swedish Democrats holding the balance of power with 17.6% of the party vote. While the Swedish Democrats increase in size was not as high as predicted it has shown that that even leftist Sweden is waking up to its current cultural problems.
